| Description | The project involves roofing work of three buildings; Building 1 with about 12,275 sf of roof area, building 3 with about 22,935 of roof area, and Building 4 with about 22,000 sf of roof area. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, devices, materials, and supervision to test for unsuitable substrate and perform all operations necessary for the roof surface (to the existing roof deck) to include closed cell insulation where removed, coverboard, to include a total roof recover of KEE membrane including warranty. Coverboard and KEE membrane to cover the entire roof surface. New Insulation to match thickness of the remaining adjacent insulation. Work includes the replacement of unsuitable/damaged coping, flashings, blocking, curbs, boots, pads/pavers, walk pads, pipe supports, lightning protection, term bars, roof drains, cants and the disposal of all materials and accessories. If more than one (1) roof layer exists Contractor shall remove roof and insulation to deck. | ||
