The Work consists of the following: 1. Replacing wood framing and decking at bridge. 2. Replacing roof framing and plank roofing at blast furnace, including timber purlins, rafters, joists, beams, and lookouts. 3. Replacing wood railings and adding stainless steel wire mesh panels. C. The Work includes three Options: 1. Option A: Replace timber posts at bridge. 2. Option B: Replace live edge board siding at furnace shed, and replace board siding at hanging wall panels. 3. Option C: Repoint stone walls at furnace shed.
