Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Benezette, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the construction of a pavilion on State Game Lands (SGL) #311 in Benezette Township, Elk County. The scope of the project includes site preparation, excavation of post foundations, framing the structure, construction of a concrete floor slab, installation of metal siding and roof panels, installation of soffits and fascia, construction of an outdoor fireplace, installation and wiring of lights and outlets and seeding of disturbed areas Furnish and install lights, outlets, wiring and conduits, and install underground wiring to connect to the circuit panel box in an adjacent structure. In accordance with the Separation Act (P.L. 155, May 1, 1913); separate bids are required and shall be submitted for the following Construction Contracts: CONTRACT NO. 1 - GENERAL CONTRACT NO. 2 - ELECTRICAL Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Foster Schaffer (PGC Engineering Division) at 717-787-4250, ext. 73322. Any questions concerning completion of the Electronic Proposal Form should be directed to PGC Procurement Division at 717-787-6594. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order. Please note that purchase orders will be issued for general construction and for electrical work.
