667-1 Entry Door Replacement The Project consists of: Removal and disposal of lead paint, wood doors, and door hardware. Provision of new fiberglass doors, associated hardware and painting Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Prime Designer. The Prime Designer will answer such requests if received seven (7) calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids. A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. The Project consists of: Removal and disposal of lead paint, wood doors, and door hardware at 3 buildings, #23, #27 and #31. Provision of new fiberglass doors, associated hardware and painting. Add alternates include identical work at 6 other identical buildings. 2. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities
