Shandoka Building F Redevelopment

The Subcommittee of the Telluride Housing Authority (Committee), on behalf of the Town of Telluride (Town), seeks qualifications from firms or partnerships for design and construction services (Design/Build) for an employee housing project to be located at 325 Coonskin Court, Telluride (Lot A, Backman Village Subdivision, Town of Telluride). The project entails replacing a 23-unit, Telluride Housing Authority (THA)-owned rental asset known as Building F, Shandoka Apartments. Currently the building is comprised of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom unit types with a small maintenance room. Please note only the portion of Lot A which is north of Black Bear Road is to be considered for redevelopment. The Contractor will be responsible for applications and presentations to all necessary review boards and permitting authorities. The Town's goal is to obtain all architectural and site plan approvals and entitlements for the Project by June of 2023, with construction commencing in September/October of 2023.
