1. Sod shall be Argentine Bahia, St. Augustine (Floratam), or Empire Zoysia shall be delivered and installed upon request. All sod shall be healthy and show signs of recent vigorous growth. 2. Purchases will be made by square feet utilizing four (4) different categories: Delivery and installation of sod less than 2,400 square feet Delivery and installation of sod more than 2,400 square feet but less than 7,200 square feet Delivery and installation of sod for more than 7,200 square feet Pickup and/or delivery of sod by the pallet
