| Description | Furnish all equipment, labor, supervision and materials necessary to restore the Marina Piers. The work shall include a phased approach to rebuild the Marina including the finger piers and the restroom building on the west pier. Restoring the floating docks on the east pier and providing a new transition sump and dispensers for the fueling system. New accessories and gangways will be provided. New electrical and mechanical systems will be provided and portions of the concrete and asphalt drive will be replaced. The project will be phased as follows: 1- Fuel Dock and Pier area along the shoreline. 2- West Pier including the pavilions. 3- East Pier and the floating docks. Each Phase will be turned over to the Government upon completion. |
