Bourbonnais Public Library - Replace Floor Coverings

Bourbonnais Public Library District 250 W. John Casey Road Bourbonnais, IL 60914 The Bourbonnais Public Library invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for their Floor Coverings Replacement Project. The scope of work includes selective demolition of approximately 12,125 square feet of existing floor coverings and replacement with new coverings and base as specified. The scope also includes limited in-floor electrical upgrades. Work under separate contracts is expected and coordination is required. Phased work and temporary protections required. Location- 250 W John Casey Rd Bourbonnais, IL 60914. See bidding documents for insurance requirements and anticipated completion dates. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $175,000.00 Bidder Questions: Submit written questions to be addressed at Prebid meeting minimum of two business days prior to meeting. Phase 1: Flooring demolition & new flooring/base on the east side of the library (see drawing phasing plan). If alternate is accepted, phase 1 will also include new floor outlets in an existing concrete slab. Substantial Completion: 1) By April 21st, 2023 which assumes a March 27, 2023 Notice to Proceed issuance. Phase 2: Flooring demolition & new flooring/base on the west side of the library (see drawing phasing plan). Substantial Completion: 1) By May 26th, 2023 which assumes a May 1st, 2023 Notice to Proceed issuance.
