| Description | Project Description - One-Two Sentences FSU is seeking a single CMR for two separate renovation projects: H.T. Chick ($9.5M) and A.B. Rosenthal ($10M) buildings. The buildings are adjacent to each other on FSU's west campus and will be run concurrently, and both are utilizing the same designer. Project Budget - $19,500,000 Q&A Deadline: 5:00 P.M. Chick and the 33,595 GSF A.B. Rosenthal buildings on FSU's west campus. From an administrative and contract perspective the two projects are independent of each other. But the projects share the same designer, are directly adjacent to each other, and will be executed concurrently. It is FSU's intent to select the same CMR for both projects, so we are combining the solicitation for them to reflect that.
