| Description | The City of Laguna Beach Public Works Department invites qualified Consultants to offer staff assistance and technical expertise to provide construction management and quality assurance inspection during construction of the Moss Street Beach Access Improvements, CIP 21-9461. The Consultant's services shall generally include, but are not limited to performing construction management and quality assurance inspections during construction to ensure the work conforms to the Plans and Specifications; monitoring construction progress; monitoring and providing information required for certified payroll compliance; attending meetings with the City and the Contractor regarding project schedules, preparing Contractor's monthly pay requests; interpreting the contract documents, and resolving construction changes and irregularities; managing independent quality assurance testing; and preparing daily construction activity reports and all other construction phase documentation. |
