Description

Chemung County (County or Owner) invites all interested parties to submit sealed proposals to operate an exclusive on-airport vehicle parking concession at Elmira Corning Regional Airport (Airport or ELM), located in Horseheads, New York. The County intends to award the contract to a single responsible proposer whose proposal, in the sole discretion of the County, is the most advantageous to the County. The County reserves the right to negotiate specific additional provisions and terms with the Successful Proposer (Contractor or Concessionaire)
