Remove and Dispose of Asbestos Containing Material and Universal Waste

Removal and disposal of all Category I, Category II, RACM and ACM materials and Universal Wastes listed in the Pre-Demolition Inspection Report dated January 2021. Raze and remove all debris from the structure and parcel, including basement walls and floors Raze and remove garage and garage floor and footings. Remove concrete driveway and driveway apron and replace apron with new concrete curb & gutter. Remove concrete walkway on south side of side of building and all paver and ornamental stones and paver bricks surrounding building. Remove and replace any sidewalk and curbing as marked by City. Remove and stump all trees, brush and stumps, taking care to not damage fences. Remove and cap at curb the sanitary sewer and water laterals.
