Municipal Building Addition

The proposed project is a 30'x40' single story wood framed addition to the existing township garage. The addition will be on a slab on grade foundation. The addition will contain a multipurpose room, closet, and accessible uni-sex restroom. The scope of the contract includes construction of the building shell, foundations, interior/exterior finishes, mechanical equipment, plumbing lines, fixtures, plumbing accessories, and minimal site work. Excavation, backfill, electrical rough in, electrical finish work, and painting will be provided in kind by the township and is excluded from this contract’s scope of work.
