| Description | The SRTA is seeking written Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide for the acquisition and implementation of a Unified Communication as a Service Hosted Solution (i.e. VOIP) replacement telephone system. Proposers shall design, furnish, install, test, and make operational the requested replacement phone system for the SRTA. Proposers shall also provide supporting documentation, comprehensive training (including initial, refresher/follow-up training, and new employee training), warranty and technical support as specified herein. Proposers shall be responsible for all activities, tasks, equipment, system components, and services required to provide the SRTA with a turnkey system that is fully functional in accordance with the RFP requirements. |
