Project Description: Design and installation of a new security system (including access control and cameras) at the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. Responding proposers may be invited to submit proposals pending the outcome of this request for qualifications. Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. If, during the Contract Time, Notices to Proceed are issued which increase the amount authorized for work performed under this Contract, it shall be necessary for Design-Builder to furnish the state additional bonding coverage so that one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount is always covered by a performance and payment bond. Scope- New camera locations (approximately 32+ locations) including cabling, mounts, power and any equipment necessary for a complete system. Replacement of existing cameras with new New access control at door locations shown on Attachments "B", "C" and "D", including all readers, power supplies, wiring, door and frame modifications, power, and any equipment necessary for a complete system.
