Scope of Work Bids to include all materials & installation to replace radiant heat system, including: ? Removal & disposal of 5 existing radiant tube heaters*** ? Installation of new, commercial grade infrared radiant tube heaters to accommodate facility space. Wash-bay needs appropriate unit for high humidity conditions. ? Install of new venting for all units per manufacturer’s specs ? Install of new gas line plumbing and regulators, if needed. ? Secure all required permits and inspections ? Provide manufacturer warranty information *** current units are Space Ray Infrared, 100k BTU input, natural gas.***
