Design and Construction Administration Services for Replacement of the Electrical 480V MCC Gear and Lower Voltage Electrical Equipment at the Highland Pumping Station One and Two

Professional services from qualified consulting firms to provide design and construction services for the replacement of the electrical pump motor control center gears and associated equipment at the Highland Pumping Station 1 and Highland Pumping Station 2 located in Saint Paul, MN. The selected firm will work directly with SPRWS staff to develop a design that specifically addresses the long-term reliability, maintainability, safety, emergency generator operation, and operating expenses associated with the existing electrical gear. Design needs to take into consideration that the pumping stations need to be in operation during the entire construction period.
