Project Description: The replacement of access layer network switches, core switches, wireless access points, uninterruptable power supplies (UPS) and fiber optic backbone cabling. The replacement of the listed equipment will take place at most buildings within the Allegan Public Schools district. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied by the following disclosure statements: Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied with bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or money order. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in their judgment, serve the Districts best interests
