Ocee Park Natural Surface Trail Construction and Wall Reconstruction

The Contractor will construct nature trail and two trailheads includes minor grading, tree and brush removal as well as replacement of an existing wall and all other miscellaneous items necessary for completion of the work within the City of Johns Creek (City), Georgia. The new wall will be concrete masonry with stone face and will not exceed 30” in height. Site furnishings (benches, dog waste stations, trash cans) will be provided and installed by owner. Trailhead sign shall be included in bid, and owner will provide standard park rules graphic for sign fabrication. No permits will be required for this project.
