Water Source Heat Pump and Install

A. Installation of a new Water Source Heat Pump with R-410A refrigerant for the Hypo Building. B. Work includes: 1. Contractor shall furnish ALL necessary labor, parts & materials, equipment, tools, etc. to finalize the following project. 2. The entire unit: outside, evaporator coil and any exposed piping shall be sprayed/coated with a protective coating. 3. Installation of the following: a) Install a new (E150) WSHP shall be ceiling hung inside the HYPO Building. Include hot gas reheat, condensate overflow switch, horizontal hung, with a 2” filter rack. b) Install manufacturer’s recommended hose kit (to include ball valves, PT ports, quick set flow control, y-strainer, 24V motorized valve and SS hoses). c) Install new standard thermostat. d) See below for location of unit, supply and return line. e) Control wires, hangers, other incidentals, shall be provided by contractor. f) HRSD Electrical will responsible for branch circuits to line side of HRSD supplied disconnect, to include breakers, conduit, wire, etc.… g) Contractor is responsible for the electrical from disconnect to AHU, to include conduit, wire, etc.… h) Provide start up, check air balance at diffusers, shop drawing, O&M, and training.
