Description

Remove and replace several sections of cast-in-place reinforced sidewalks. Work includes excavation; demolition; reinforced concrete; finish work; loam, seed, and mulch. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond, as well as Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the value of the work. It will be the sender's responsibility to call (827-8001) to verify that your BID was received. If necessary, arrangements to drop off your bid at our office can be made by calling our office. Your proposal should acknowledge the total not-to-exceed cost and work schedule.
